Mette Johansson
Mette Johansson (https://www.mettejohansson.com/) is a highly awarded leadership expert, author, and speaker who spent 15 years in leadership roles at multinational corporations before founding MetaMind, a consultancy focused on culture and leadership transformation. Her most recent book is Narratives – The Stories that Hold Women Back at Work, published by Penguin Random House.
She has worked with global companies like Citibank, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Pfizer and has been honoured with awards like the AmCham HERo Award and Asia Women Icon Award.
Mette is also the founder and relentless driver of the non-profit KeyNote – Women Speakers’ directory, with a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages around the world. Having lived in 12 countries outside her birthplace, Denmark, Mette is a global citizen who speaks fluently in four languages and currently divides her time between Dubai, Singapore, and international engagements.
