India is the global leader in CSR, thanks to the Enactment of Companies Act. Since 2013, India has pioneered one of the world’s largest experiments of introducing the CSR as a mandatory provision by imposing statutory obligations on companies to take up CSR projects towards social welfare activities. In the spirit of this achievement, Dare to Overcome will introduce a new “Human Rights & Business Skills Curriculum” for high school-aged students. Religion is central to spiritual practices and all religions share similar concepts of love, justice and the pursuit of truth. While religious expressions are diverse, the underlying themes of divinity, faith, and interconnectedness reveal a shared human experience. A session to explore these commonalities in order to foster dialogue, respect, and collaboration among different faiths and cultures, this is a vital discourse for today’s multi-cultural corporate ecosystems.
