Rahul Landge
Rahul Landge is an accomplished educator, with 14 years of experience, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at MIT WPU Faculty of Education in Pune, where he teaches M.Ed students, a postgraduate program focused on developing advanced pedagogical skills and educational leadership. With a strong academic foundation, he holds an M.Ed degree from Pune University, and has a background in science and mathematics, holding both a B.Ed and an M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry. Mr. Landge is also qualified with SET and NET exams, as well as a JRF in Education. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Education, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence. Throughout his career, Mr. Landge has shown a deep interest in innovative teaching practices and pedagogies, working to integrate modern, student-centered approaches into his teaching. He has published several research papers in UGC CARE journals, and actively participates in academic conferences, having presented 4 research papers at international conferences, and 5 at national ones. In recognition of his research efforts, he was awarded the Best Paper in 2024, for his work on innovative pedagogies, at an international conference held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. His research interests focus on developing new, effective teaching methods that enhance student engagement and foster critical thinking, both in the classroom and through technology.
Beyond his work with M.Ed students, he has also served as a guest lecturer at various institutions, and participated in several professional development programs, including workshops on research methodology in education and faculty development programs organized by Pune University. His contributions to the field are also reflected in his leadership in faculty orientation programs conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University. Mr. Landge's dedication to both his students and the academic community has earned him multiple accolades, including being named the 'Best Student of the Year' in M.Ed. He is passionate about creating a dynamic, research-oriented educational environment, and continues to be a key contributor to the growth and development of future educators.
